When Kirsten got a message over Facebook from Grant Boyd of Flying Magazine, she wasn’t expecting to be asked for an interview. “Grant [Boyd] found me through a pilot group on Facebook,” says Kopp, “as a pilot, it’s nice to have support from your peers. When I was approached by [Boyd], I was excited for the opportunity to share my voice and perspective as a female pilot and real estate broker who specializes in equestrian and aviation estate sales.”
Wellington is home to the Wellington Aero Club, where Kopp resides with her family, their two dogs, and their planes. Wellington Aero Club is one of only a handful of aviation communities in South Florida. “I’m so happy about this coverage for our community and what makes living in these neighborhoods so unique. And I always look forward to helping buyers and sellers navigate this market of aviation real estate,” says Kopp.

Kirsten is also preparing to feature a new aviation estate in Delray Beach, Florida in the neighborhood of Antiquers Aerodrome. Flying her plane into the airport to help prepare this property to be listed for sale is definitely a standout feature of her brokerage. “We aim to be different and modern and to embrace our individual talents. I want to use every tool at my disposal to help my clients succeed and I support our agents in doing the same,” says Kopp. “You have to find a way to connect with people and offer something special. That’s what building lasting relationships is all about.”
