I felt very comfortable with Kirsten from the moment I met with her in Wellington. I was able to tell I could trust her to give me straight answers and advise me honestly. She was not just looking to make a fast sale. She has wonderful connections and helped introduce me to builders, architects, and advisors. I did my transaction from the west coast and only visited the property for 15 minutes on my one and only visit. As we visited a handful of properties she quickly educated me as to why certain neighborhoods were more suited to my needs. I felt like I had a strong advocate in my corner. I have been a California Realtor for nearly 30 years and know how real estate should be done and therefore my expectations are high. She satisfied my needs and I am happy I had her in my corner on this transaction and she will have me again in the future.

Kirsten and I met through a mutual friend several years ago at a fund raiser in Wellington. We only really knew one another through Facebook posts, but recently she became my real estate agent and more meaningful than that, she became my friend. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. I knew she was an extraordinary woman through all of the adventurous pursuits I’ve dreamily watched her enjoy on Facebook. I also knew she was a highly revered real estate agent, but I didn’t know the depth to which she would go for her clients until I became one. I reached out to her on Facebook when I saw a beautiful listing of a 5 acre property with a small barn. I wasn’t really in the mindset of moving, however, this property looked so beautiful, it got me excited about the prospect, which I knew would be in the not too distant future. We got together to see the listing and had lots of laughs and fun while we explored. It wasn’t the right fit, but in that get together, I shared with her my dream of what my boys and I needed for a happy, lively upbringing, similar to the one I had as a child. Not only did she take to heart all of the minuscule details of what my boys and I were seeking in our new home, she hand picked several locations, but knew that ONE in particular fit the bill — she called it her ‘Spidey Sense.’ Darned if she wasn’t right and, in tears of joy, I found myself standing in the house in which I knew my boys, 5 and 3 years old, would grow into proud, well-rounded, young men. That was really just the beginning of when I got to witness the level of professionalism for which she and her team are so highly respected throughout Palm Beach County. She went out of her way to make seeing the property convenient and work with our hectic, often times unpredictable schedule. She attended each visit to the property, always made herself available for every inspection, offered up her outstanding roster of vendors for everything that needed to be addressed and made sure no stone was left unturned. She did all of this and coordinated everyone in the most timely of manners because the seller wanted a quick turn over. Once I made an offer and we were in the waiting phase, as well as once the offer was accepted and we were under contract, she was astute in her communication with me. She and her team were on top of everything and everyone, each deadline date and every piece of paperwork. There are so many different moving parts in a deal like this, and Kirsten, not only has a wealth of her own knowledge, she has a team of people who truly care about their reputation as a company. They’re open to learning through the process also and serve as incredible mentors and teachers along the journey, which is an incredible opportunity for an unseasoned buyer, like myself. Everyone showed such incredible respect, poise and responsibility in handling this purchase and my boys and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for taking my hand and leading me gently and thoughtfully through the process. I am so happy to have had you with me for this special life event and am beyond thrilled to have your friendship to look forward to for the rest of my life

A pain free process...almost!

From day one Kirsten made my home sale almost totally painless. She knew exactly what was needed for each step of the way and communicated with me like a professional. The total sales process took less than four weeks. Kirsten is a realtor that I thought did not exist. She is the greatest.

I contacted Kirsten frantically looking for an immediate rental upon learning, mid-season, that the Airbnb we had arranged violated the development’s HOA bylaws. My husband, niece and I, along with our 2 dogs were suddenly without a place to stay. Kirsten responded to my panic and worked a small miracle to get us into a new rental for the remainder of the season. By March, we concluded that owning a home in the Wellington area would be a better fit for us in the future. Kirsten helped us sift through properties that were currently on the market and clearly understood our requirements. Though we didn’t find the right place before departing, Kirsten and her assistant Taylor, visited and videotaped properties for us while we returned to Michigan for the summer. They did valuations on potential properties, thoroughly discussed the merits of each home we considered, negotiated our offer, help…

They did valuations on potential properties, thoroughly discussed the merits of each home we considered, negotiated our offer, helped us secure financing, and guided us through a well-organized and surprise-free settlement. We highly recommend Kirsten to locate and secure your dream property, particularly to remote buyers who need a highly competent full-service agent who can respond quickly in a fast-moving seller's market. She is truly a delight to work with!
