Saddle Trail

Welcome to Saddle Trail Park

An equestrian community within true hacking distance of the Wellington International showgrounds

The equestrian lifestyle is central to horse-friendly Saddle Trail Park. Located north and south of Greenbriar Blvd., the neighborhood has a wide green bridle path where horses can be seen cantering along the grassy verge during the busy winter season. There are also some well maintained horse trails which snake through the neighborhood providing an exclusive thoroughfare for horses and riders. Saddle Trail Park is one of the area’s original equestrian neighborhoods — the streets bend rather than form a grid, acting as traffic calmers and letting equestrians travel at a relaxed pace (it takes 10 or 15 minutes to ride to the Wellington International horse show).

The homes here are nestled on two- to four-acre plots and contain many well-laid-out working horse farms. Land is so valuable here that many original farms have been demolished to make way for more state-of-the-art equestrian residences. Properties increase in value with their proximity to the Wellington International showgrounds. There are several well-marked crossings from Saddle Trails Park bridle paths to cross over Greenbriar Blvd and Pierson Road and to the horse show grounds.

What to Love

  • Equestrian proximity: A short ride to the Wellington International show grounds, the longest-running horse show in the world.
  • Lush landscapes: The multiple well-designed horse farms paint a serene picture of rural elegance.
  • Coveted community: Exclusive and tightly-knit, where Olympians and horse lovers alike call home.

Local Lifestyle

The lifestyle in Saddle Trails revolves around all things equestrian. Bridle paths connect residences and allow easy and dedicated routes for horses to the Wellington International showgrounds. Many Olympians make their winter homes here, and you might see a famous show-jumper or dressage start exercising their horses either in the many arenas in the community or on one of the well used bridle paths. Farms in Saddle Trails are always in demand because of their prime location near the showgrounds.
